Dressing Up the Sold Seniors

On December 14th, Soledad High School held its annual senior auction, where bidders purchased a senior whom they could dress up on a designated day. The money earned from these auctions will help fund the senior’s Grad Night Trip to Disneyland. From reindeer costumes to quinceañera gowns, the outfits worn by these seniors brought fellow Aztecs nothing but laughter. With the pressure from finals week and college applications, it was great to see Aztec seniors do something fun to brighten up their day after a very challenging semester.

Highlights from Senior Auctions:

Jorge Caro was getting ready to put on a show in his kimono and facial makeup.

Jose Gonzalez-Herrera, otherwise known as “Foxy Roxy,” was an enticed, well dressed and rehearsed character.

Sandra Tinajero, aka Young MA, poses for her album cover for "Ooouuu"

Manuel Reyes walked down Arendelle singing “Let It Go” as he magically set the mood for the occasion.

Jasmin Garcia served looks as Javier. Pretty sexy huh? Swag!

Victoria Nuñez peanut butter and jellied her banana self throughout the day.

“When you have school at 8 am but a quinceañera at 3 pm...” These boys “elegantly” walked school in their quinceañera dresses all day! ¡Quieren tener una quinceañera como la de Rubi!

Is she Daria Garcia or Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer? Say “Dar” and her red nose will brighten up your day with her Christmas themed music!
